QuantumRay

This is a storyboard that I was contracted to do by Mike YoungProductions for their production of Cosmic Quantum Ray. A CG animated science fiction comedy show about a high school kid named Robbie who moonlights as Part of a group of misfit Space Troopers as they Patrol the Cosmos in search bad guys, monsters, and disasters. You know, a good time! In this episode Robbie wants more Superman time in his life and less Clark. So his space buddies make an exact duplicate android of Robbie top take over Robbie's "Clark Kent" duties and of course the robot malfunctions leading to Robbie battling his robotic self! I had great fun working on this board. There are some places where I really had to breakdown the action with MANY of poses. That made Animatic look fantastic.
